I have approximately eight years experience with the major graphic design and web development software packages and can hand-code HTML and CSS.

I also have a basic understanding of XML and PHP.

I'm constantly looking to develop my new media skills, often via my ongoing personal web project www.iombusandrail.info:

• SEO of site content and information architecture has dramatically improved its search engine ranking.

• A Google Adsense campaign is in operation, primarily to satisfy my own curiosity.

• I use Google Analytics to monitor the site's usage statistics and visitor trends on a daily basis.

• Recent SEM experiments with Google Adwords, have highlighted interesting search patterns.

Blogging

In addition to my own blog, I'm also a regular contributor to a collaborative ebusiness blog, www.ebinture.com, which allows me to keep up to date in the fast moving new media and ebusiness arenas.

Business

My MSc Degree has given me the opportunity to explore many different areas of business from e-marketing to supply chain economics and operations.

Workshops with IBM also exposed me to the complex nature of IT architecture and offered me the chance to utilise my strategic thinking and project management skills.
